Mrs. Pamela Vance

Welcome to the 2021-2022 School Year!  My name is Pamela Vance and I will be the Braves Support Counselor for NeSmith Elementary this year.  I am super excited to be a counselor on campus, this is my first year in this role.  I have been in education for 17 years and previously taught math, science and STEM.  I will be serving students in K, 1st and 4th grade.  I am elated about this new opportunity and look forward to meeting all of our Braves.

My husband Chris is also an educator and we have been married for 18 years.  We are blessed with two children, Emma who will be a junior this year and Cooper a 7th grader.  Our kiddos keep us busy with their activities, especially with soccer and baseball. The family also includes our dogs, Charlee and Charlotte, fish, and a hermit crab.  I love to paint, do crafts and spend time fishing.

My goal this year to help all students with their social and emotional growth along with their academics. Our goal is to empower students to create meaningful contributions to the world around them and help them develop into wonderful little humans. Please do not hestitate to reach out with any questions.
