Chief Morrison

Chief Morrison was hired as the Community ISD Police Chief in July 2017, as the founding officer of the CISD Police Department. He has been a police officer since 1997 and worked for the Collin County Sheriff’s Office for nearly twenty years.  He served as a Major of Field Operations under Sheriff Terry G. Box, Tactical Team Commander, and Criminal Investigations Lieutenant at various times throughout his career at the Sheriff’s Office.

Chief Morrison is a Master Peace Officer, Mental Health Peace Officer, SRO Instructor, and Firearms Instructor.  He has a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice Leadership and Management from Sam Houston State University and is a graduate of the Bill Blackwood Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas’ Leadership Command College.

Officer Sibley

Officer Sibley became a police officer in the City of Sachse in 2009, after retiring from the United States Navy, where he served as a Military Police Officer for 21 years.  He went on to work as an Investigator with the Collin County Sheriff’s Office, until he joined the Community ISD Police Department in 2018.  Officer Sibley has deep ties with Community ISD, as a longtime resident and father of CISD alumni.

Officer Sibley is an Advanced Peace Officer and Mental Health Peace Officer.

Officer Maria Scott

Officer Scott

Officer Scott joined the Community ISD Police Department in August of 2018.  She began her professional career and training at Eastfield College. While working towards an associate’s degree, she became interested in a career in law enforcement and enrolled in the Police Academy. For several years, Officer Scott worked as a reserve officer for the City of Lavon prior to joining the CISD Police Department in 2018. As a Community ISD Police Officer, Officer Scott’s goal is to enhance communication between students and police in order to provide for a positive and caring interaction that will last for many years beyond high school. 

Officer Scott holds a Basic Peace Officer License and has an Associate’s Degree from Eastfield College.

Officer Holland

Officer Holland joined the Community ISD Police Department in August of 2019.  Officer Holland brings over 27 years of experience as a police officer. Officer Holland retired from the Sachse Police Department in 2019, where his last assignment was a School Resource Officer (SRO). He has served as an SRO for over 12 years. Officer Holland is a native of Rockwall, married to his high school sweetheart and they have three grown children. 

Officer Holland is a Master Peace Officer, Instructor, Mental Health Peace Officer and Advanced SRO certified.
