Apply for Substitute Teacher

Orientation for substitutes are held twice a semester with additional dates as needed. ALL candidates for substitute teaching MUST attend an orientation session. 
 

Requirements for Substitute Teaching as follow:

- Attend an orientation session
 - Submit digital fingerprints ($50 non-refundable)

 If candidate has completed an educational fingerprint background check at another school district or education entity, fingerprinting does not need to be done again. Please contact DeAnna Robertson to verify. 

*Special Situations/ Long Term:

- An absence of 3 weeks or longer
- Starting the school year for a teacher out on extended leave
-Ending the school year for a teacher out on extended leave
-Other special situations as determined by the Superintendent or Designee
