We are proud to partner with Texas A&M University in Commerce for our Pride Prep Program and the Community ISD Pledge.

Pride Prep is a selective, dual-credit collegiate preparation program in partnership with East Texas A&M. This FREE program allows students to earn up to 30 hours of college credit starting in 9th grade, giving them a head start on their academic and career goals.

How to Apply

To be accepted into Pride Prep, in eighth grade, students must:
✅ Pass a college entrance exam to demonstrate academic readiness.
✅ Complete a written essay outlining their goals and strengths.
✅ Participate in an interview with East Texas A&M representatives.
