LaCoNe Jo Leaders

Marking the return of an important event every quarter, the student advisory group for Community ISD's superintendent returns in Fall 2024. This group, now called the LaCoNe Jo Leaders - named after our mascot, LaCoNe Jo - will feature opportunities for students from all campuses across Brave Nation to give input to Dr. Tonya Knowlton. Each group will meet with Dr. Knowlton once per quarter - four times per school year - to discuss the successes and challenges on their respective campuses.

Students will be nominated to this committee by their teachers, and chosen by the campus principal. Successful candidates to the committee will need a parent/guardian permission to participate in the quarterly meeting, which can be turned in to their campus front office.
