Excellence

Why are you nominating this person?

Mr. McAlister was out one day this week, and he left the most detailed sub notes I have ever seen! I had the pleasure of helping the sub prepare for the day. There were step by step instructions for the substitute to power on the projector and sound, a power point /videos, worksheets, and prompts for discussion. Despite being out for family matters, Mr. McAlister exhibited EXCELLENCE in his sub preparation plans, making sure that theater curriculum still happened for students while he was gone. We are so lucky to have an electives teacher so dedicated to his students and their curriculum. I might be biased, but CTMS is the place to be!
