Why are you nominating this person?

Ms. Millan is the essence of humility her willingness to lend a helping hand in anything that is requested (or on her own) of her is admirable. However, it is her quiet behind the scenes work that truly displays how humble she really is. Ms. Millan created wonderful Unity shirts for the Edge staff to wear on Unity Day. She works so hard to make things easier and better for all of us at Edge. I have never ever heard her complain, she just digs in and gets whatever is thrown at her done and does it with a smile. Ms. Millan has a kind and generous heart that speaks volumes. She is a quiet and steady leader on our campus and Edge is very fortunate and blessed to have her. She is a True Blue one of a kind Brave with a heart of Gold!

Stephanie demonstrated strong leadership and responsibility throughout the activity. She confidently took charge of her group during centers, ensuring that everyone stayed on task and participated. She read the story aloud with clear expression and guided the group through the questions thoughtfully. Her ability to keep the discussion focused and inclusive encouraged meaningful participation from all group members. As a result, the group engaged in a rich and productive conversation that reflected Stephanie’s excellent leadership skills.
