Brave of the Week - September 1-5 - Kylie Bowman
Brave of the Week honors go to Kylie Bowman, a student at Community High School! See the full nomination from Mrs. Britni Fitzgerald, a CISD parent, below.
A huge thank you to Kylie Bowman for stepping up to volunteer in the Varsity Football concessions stand during Friday’s season opener. At a time when extra help was needed, Kylie went above and beyond—serving fans all night with incredible energy and dedication.
What makes her effort even more remarkable is that she did it all while wearing a sling due to a shoulder injury. Her work ethic and heart to serve, even under challenging circumstances, truly stood out and made a difference for our team and community.
Thank you so much for your nomination Mrs. Fitzgerald, and congratulations to Kylie Bowman for earning the honor!
