Brave of the Week for May 11-15 - Nathan Frazier
Nomination from Magda Bilal:
"The reason why I'm nominating Mr Frazier is because of his generosity and kindness to all of his students. Mr Frazier goes above and beyond to make sure every student feels supported, encouraged, and comfortable in his class.
What makes Mr Frazier stand out is how much he genuinely cares for his students. He takes the time to get to know us and encourages us when we are struggling, and always pushes us to believe in ourselves.
Mr Frazier is the type of teacher who makes a real difference in students' lives. He is not just a teacher; he is someone that students can look up to and trust, and he has a positive impact on so many students, which is why I believe he deserves the recognition."

Which Trait was this person exhibiting?
Generous
Why are you nominating this person?
I would like to recognize Morgan Blunt for her generosity and servant leadership during Teacher Appreciation Week at Dodson. Morgan was on campus this week working with students and completing evaluations, yet she continuously looked for ways to support our staff without ever being asked.
When she noticed the campus leadership team relieving teachers so they could enjoy pancakes to kick off Teacher Appreciation Week, she immediately jumped in to help. Later, after seeing a teacher engaged in an ARD meeting, Morgan proactively offered to step into the classroom to provide support — an offer we were incredibly grateful to accept.
Morgan consistently went above and beyond, demonstrating teamwork, initiative, and a genuine heart for serving others. Her willingness to step in wherever needed made a meaningful impact on our campus, staff, and students.
