Brave of the Week - April 7-11 - Sean Walker & Arthur Jumper
Our Brave of the Week honors are split between two people - CISD Board member Sean Walker and Officer Arthur Jumper from NeSmith Elementary!
Both were nominated by Community High School’s Coach Fox after her son, Garrett, had a flat on his way to work. He randomly picked a place to pull over, and it happened to be Mr. Walker’s house. With rain pouring down, Mr. Walker emptied his garage to let Garrett pull his car in.
Garrett had never changed a flat before, and so Officer Jumper drove over to Mr. Walker’s house and helped Garrett change the tire.
Thank you Coach Fox for the nominations, and congratulations to Mr. Walker and Officer Jumper!
