Historic Milestone - CISD Automotive Program Achieves Perfect Pass Rate Across 11 Industry Certifications

The senior dual credit TVCC Automotive Technology program at Community High School, located in Nevada, Texas, has shattered regional records, achieving a flawless 100% pass rate on all Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) entry-level certification exams, alongside the federal ASE Section 609 Refrigerant Certification.
Every single one of the 14 graduating seniors successfully mastered all 11 distinct automotive certification areas. This collective achievement yields a staggering 154 total industry-recognized credentials earned by a single graduating class, a milestone believed to be unprecedented for a high school program.
"To have a single student pass all 10 ASE subjects plus the EPA 609 certification is a massive career milestone," said Ronald Gabriel, CISD Automotive Technology Instructor.
