Stats and Accomplishments of Class of 2026
We wanted to share some amazing stats about the Class of 2026, collected by the Community ISD College & Career Readiness department.
- An astounding 10 percent of the Class of 2026 - 33 students - earned their Associate Degrees from Collin College or Trinity Valley Community College, more than doubled the number from the Class of 2025.
- 49 students earned Level 1 Certificates from Collin or TVCC in Health Science, Construction Management, Auto Technology, or Cosmetology. A Level 1 certificate is earned when a student has taken at least 15 hrs of specific coursework in a workforce program.
- 144 students - almost half of the graduates in 2026 - have earned college credit through AP or Dual Credit.
- A majority of graduates - 183 students - earned at least 1 industry-based certification (IBC). 60 seniors earned at least 2 IBCs, and 14 seniors earned all 11 ASE Auto Certifications, marking the first time any high school in the country has achieved this milestone. - A total of 394 Industry Based Certifications (IBC) were earned by this class. They are ready to join the workforce as Licensed Cosmetologists & Barbers, Auto Technicians, Welders, EKG Technicians, Educational Aides, IT Technicians, Animal Science Techs, Business & Construction Managers, and Floral Designers.
