CTE Advisory Committee
Provides an opportunity for discussion among people in education, business, and industry; Focus on how to improve CTE and make the most of the community resources that are available; Strive to improve the relationships between CTE, business, and community; Provide expertise to the program by reviewing curriculum, facilities, budget, student competencies, and student placement in related occupations; and, Provide an advocate for the CTE programs within a school district

Bond Advisory Council
Community ISD seeks to involve our citizens as we implement the 2017 Bond Program approved by voters on November 7, 2017. BAC membership is open to those in Community ISD who are parents, residents, district employees, business leaders, community leaders, and students.

Student Health Advisory Council
The Student Health Advisory Council (SHAC) is a group of individuals representing segments of the community, mandated by the Texas Education code and appointed by the school district to serve at the district level, to provide advice to the district on coordinated school health programming and its impact on student health and learning.

NeSmith PTO
The NES PTO strives to encourage interaction between family and school, serve as a source of support, and work with teachers, staff, and the community at large to improve our children's educational experience. The PTO works closely with the school administration to meet this goal.

McClendon PTO
The McClendon PTO provides support to MES families, students, and teachers through community events, fund raising, and classroom volunteer opportunities.

Community Athletic Booster Club
By joining the Booster Club, you help us meet our school athletic department needs that are outside the scope of their budget. When you go a step further and volunteer to help with events—or join our board— you set a fine example for our students to follow, and greatly encourage staff, parents and community.
