Shutdown: Start>Shutdown>Shutdown>Wait One Minute>Then turn the computer back on and log back in.
Checked Power/Plugs/Connections: (Is everything plugged in, connected and seated firmly?)
Checked Network Cable: (Is it plugged into both the computer and the wall outlet, seated firmly?  Trace the cable from one end to the other to be sure.)
