32-bit computer systems install

64-bit computer systems install

You will need to make sure what operating system you have before the install - 32-bit or 64-bit. You can right click on My Computer and go to Properties (click here to see an example)
** Be sure that you have used ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS to remove your existing virus program before the install.
