Dear Parents/Guardian,

It's time for our annual 7th and 8th grade athletic banquet! Please join us in honoring our student athletes as we celebrate all of their hard work and their many accomplishments. We will be firing up the grill and serving hamburgers, hotdogs, and drinks on TUESDAY, MAY 6TH from 5:30 to 7:00p.m.

Games and food are free for all - we just ask that you let us know whether or not you will be attending so that we can budget accordingly. The CMS Booster Club works hard to provide money for our general athletic fund, so we want to spend wisely and save as much as we can for uniforms and equipment.

This year, we will not be allowing the students to stay after school and "hangout" before the banquet. There will be no one to supervise them, and safety can be an issue. Please bring your child back to school at 5:30 so that the fund can begin! The athletes look forward to this event all year, and we hope to see as many families as possible.

In the event of rain, we will reschedule for May 13th.
